Dan began working in construction from a teenager sweeping out homes doing cleanup work to
working on a framing crew. After working as a Warranty Supervisor in new home construction, Dan
started his own company in 1996 doing pressure washing. In 1997 he got his general contractors
license and began building custom homes along side of his pressure washing business. As the
economy and production of single family homes declined in 2008, Dan started buying and flipping
homes which led him down the path of getting a real estate license to sell his own properties. His passion for real estate expanded and in January of 2011 he established RE/MAX Solutions in Gilbert, Arizona, where he is the Owner and Designated Broker.
Alan moved to Arizona in 2001 and soon after became a supervisor working construction with Dan Porter. He quickly became the superintendent of the stone and brick masonry division of Dan’s custom homes. Alan’s drive and work ethic helped propel the company’s success until the production of homes declined in 2008. Alan then sought a degree and career in nursing, which eventually gave way to real estate, where he is developing his passion for helping people!
